Called AT&T got transferred 4 times and ended talking to NetGear Help Desk (Horrible Experience) they emailed me the User Manual, yes the one you can find online, and told me the only way to change to a Open NAT is with the UPnP toggle on the router's settings, I turn it off and on many times. Restore to factory setting just in case but no luck.
